Roots is celebrating its 50th anniversary and we have many loyal customers to thank for our success.

To celebrate this milestone, I created a new editorial page. We began collecting customers’ personal stories, asking them to share their stories and memories of Roots and its products. We launched in December 2022, using marketing messaging in emails, social channels aand on the website. From this, over 300 stoties were submitted. My role was to come up with a strategy of how to best present these stories online.

This page would later be a hub where all lookbooks, campaigns, collections and collaborations could be showcased. This would improve SEO ranking, drive sales and increase customer engagement.
