PRODUCT CASE STUDY
The Product Listing Page (PLP) was redesigned to improve how customers browse and discover products online. As Design Manager, I led the project to streamline navigation, highlight key categories and enhance filter functionality. The new experience improved product findability, reduced friction in the shopping journey and contributed to measurable gains in engagement and conversion.
Driving Engagement Through Customer Referrals
PRODUCT CASE STUDY
To encourage organic growth and brand advocacy, I partnered with marketing and engineering teams to design and launch Roots’ first customer referral program. The experience balanced simplicity with incentive, creating a seamless flow for both referrers and invitees. The program successfully increased referral-driven traffic and conversions, helping strengthen community and customer loyalty.
Designing a Shoppable Campaign Experience

For the Fall 2024 campaign, I collaborated with the marketing and paid media teams to design an interactive landing page showcasing key looks in real time. The page featured clickable hotspots, layered videos, and shoppable content optimized across devices. This immersive campaign not only elevated brand storytelling, but also achieved strong engagement metrics.
Honouring Heritage: The 50th Anniversary Experience

To celebrate Roots’ 50th anniversary, I led the digital creative direction for a campaign that honoured the brand’s legacy of craftsmanship, community and sustainability. The experience combined archival storytelling with modern design elements, connecting past and present through interactive timelines and editorial content. The campaign reinforced Roots’ position as a heritage brand built for the future.
